Ruirui Electric's 2025 Semi-Annual Quality Conference

On November 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the General Manager, together with the management teams of Ruirui Electric and Kerui Electric, held the 2025 "Quality Pledge Meeting" under the organization of the Quality Director. At the meeting, the General Manager emphasized that "the construction of a quality culture requires long-term commitment; we must make 'quality first' a habit, 'zero defects' a pursuit, and 'customer satisfaction' a belief." He then led the management team and representatives of employees from various departments to solemnly pledge and write a quality commitment letter.

During the meeting, the Quality Director provided an in-depth analysis of the year's quality pain points, reaffirmed Ruirui Manufacturing's quality management requirements and goals, and pledged with the Assistant General Manager, Operations Director, and management team of Kerui Electric Appliances to "build quality with craftsmanship and fulfill commitments with action."

Led by the general manager, all attendees stood solemnly, raised their right fists, faced the quality oath, and made a solemn and firm commitment:

The vows were resounding and powerful, echoing throughout the venue. Every word of the vow embodied everyone's commitment to and pursuit of quality.

After the oath-taking ceremony, the attendees solemnly signed their names on a red banner that read, "Crafting quality with ingenuity, fulfilling commitments with action."

Each stroke of the pen represents not just a name, but a weighty responsibility and commitment. This banner, embodying the determination of everyone, will be displayed prominently in the production area, serving as a constant reminder to every employee: the vow is in our hearts, and the responsibility is on our shoulders.
