ARM5 series plug-in type

Front-plug-in and back-plug-in are two wiring and cable entry/exit layouts for the plug-in installation of molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs). The core differences lie in the orientation of the terminals and operational convenience, while their common advantage is quick plug-in and replacement without the need for rewiring.

Core role and structural differences

plug-in	This achieves concealed wiring behind the panel and no wiring at the front for maintenance, improving cabinet neatness and operational safety.	The terminals are located at the rear of the panel; the base can be installed through the panel or led to the rear of the panel using extension terminals; holes must be drilled according to specifications.	Replacement requires no wire removal, and front-end operations are less likely to come into contact with live terminals, making it safer; however, space must be reserved behind the board for wiring and heat dissipation.

- Compatible with common accessories: Adapts to auxiliary handles, electric operating mechanisms, etc. for front panel operation, without additional modification costs.
Insert-type panel with exclusive function
- Optimize cabinet layout: hide wiring behind the panel, leaving only the operating surface at the front, reducing cabinet size or increasing component installation density.
- Improved operational safety: When operators are working in front of the panel, it is difficult for them to touch the live terminals on the back of the panel, reducing the risk of electric shock.
- Adaptable to specific installation scenarios, such as back wiring in drawer cabinets, wall-mounted/embedded cabinets, and avoiding excessive space usage for front wiring.
