Low temperature

We use low-temperature resistant materials, apply low-temperature oil, parts are usually treated with thickened coating, and we have a low temperature test report of -40 ℃.

Salt spray

We can conduct salt spray tests, usually making 72 hours for the complete machine and 48 hours for the semi-complete machine. MCCB can withstand the effects of humid air at the sea and salt spray, ensuring the stable operation of power equipment. They are widely used in dock power systems to protect key equipment such as motors and transformers, and prevent equipment damage caused by abnormal current.

If the altitude exceeds 2000m of the applicable working environment, the electrical performance of the circuit breaker should be adjusted coefficient by a high-altitude derating table.

We explore the technical data of MCCB's high temperature resistance by conducting experiments in our constant temperature room of 55 ℃.
